Jay Parts innovative solution pairs a robust bearing clamp with a highly durable, self-lubricating plastic bushing featuring a helical groove. Grease distribution is optimized via a grease nipple, while two O-rings prevent water and dust ingress. To strengthen the aluminum steering head, we've integrated the bushing with steel reinforcement, allowing for a 4-bolt fitting. This disperses pressure during falls across a larger surface, minimizing costly damage.

IMPORTANT
1. If the bearing surface of the steering column is already worn (metal abrasion is present), our system does not improve either. Here we also recommend a new steering stem.
2. When greasing, only apply grease until the first resistance is detected at the grease gun. Grease must not ooze out! If grease swells out, the O-ring is damaged and the seal against water/dirt is no longer given!
