The tightly coiled steel inner casing minimizes compression for precise throttle control, while a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve ensures consistently smooth operation and reduced friction.
 
For added strength and safety, all wire ends are bird-caged prior to terminal casting, providing superior pull-out resistance. EPDM molded rubber components offer excellent UV resistance and long-term durability, and injection-molded high-strength POM components enhance overall structural integrity.
