When upgrading to a performance exhaust system, ECU calibration is mandatory. A proper ECU remap or compatible EFI tuning device must be used to maintain safe engine operation and correct air-fuel ratios.
Operating the vehicle without appropriate tuning may result in a lean fuel condition, which can lead to engine damage. Failure to properly tune the vehicle after installation will void the exhaust warranty and any related engine damage will not be covered.
